We service Duval, Clay, Nassau, St Johns, and Baker counties - including St. Augustine, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Callahan, Maxville, Baldwin, Yulee, and Fernandina Beach. If you are concerned we may be out of your area give us a call! We can usually still help!

When can I expect a technician when I request one?

Accepted Answer

In most cases we are able to dispatch within 3 days of the request for non-emergency situations. If you are experiencing an emergency, we do our best to dispatch same-day and work after hours to get your system back online!

If I need a new system, how long will it take before it's replaced?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the County the system is located in, we expect repair permits to return within 1-2 weeks of submission. We use an expert permit administrator to cut down on processing times as much as possible to get your system back online and useable.
